Absolutely stunning! I find myself just sitting and staring at this art work and lose track of time. The owner of the business set good expectations about ETA and kept me posted with the progress of the work. When the painting was ready to ship, she messaged me and so I was able to let her know that I’d be out of town for a while. She kindly estimated a better timing to ship it so it would be delivered when I am home. I still missed the delivery ( my bad) and the business owner was also tracking the delivery status and got in contact with me. Finally I received the painting and the outer box was damaged a bit during its international trip, but the painting was thoughtfully wrapped with multiple layers and was well protected. The first thing I’d like to say is that I’ve never experienced the amazing level of customer service like what I experienced with Olga…she is phenomenal! I ordered this painting for my husband. We love Venice and I wanted something to remind him of our time there. When the painting arrived I wasn’t happy with one detail and I mentioned it to Olga. She immediately told me to send it back and she would have another painting started. The replacement arrived and it was perfect, the changes were subtle but enough to give the painting a different vibe and I loved it more than the first. My husband loves the painting, we had it framed and hung and it looks perfect. This painting is special to us and even more special considering what’s happening in Ukraine 🇺🇦❤️ Thank you Olga, it’s obvious your goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Finally it has arrived! Due to covid and severe delays in the postal service in the Netherlands we had to wait quite a bit. But oh boy, when we opened the package today we couldn't believe our eyes. The colours are so vivid and real. A beautifull piece of art. Also many thanks to Olga who stayed in touch with us during the wait.

what I can say, just that I am very happy with the result,because it looks exactly like the illustration I saw when I bought it, I also liked the communication that there was with Olga, thanks again and I am sure that I will buy another one very soon.

5 out of 5 stars Olga is an angel! She is sooo extremely talented! I cannot recommend her enough! I am in awe of her painting, the colors are absolutely sublime!!! If you’re in doubt, don’t be! Go for it! You won’t regret encouraging such a talented artist!
