Our standard production time is generally around 3-4 weeks, but if you have any specific deadlines, please inform us, and we will make every effort to meet them to ensure prompt delivery.

We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made. 

Please note that if you choose to cancel your order after a certain period, we will retain a charge for the materials used: 15% if cancelled within 2-3 days, and 25% if cancelled after 4 days or later.
